Hello!! Hope everyone is having a great day!! I had an awesome day yesterday but I'm still so tired today... Whenever we have a big outting with the kids it seriously takes me like two days to recover! I don't know how you mom's of four and five kids do it!! Yesterday we drove 2 hours and took the kids swimming and shopping. I got to hit Michales (always a highlight! :)) and also get the girls some new outfits for family pics that were supposed to be on Sunday morning. Unfortunately the photographer had a death in the family last night so our pictures are postponed. :( I've been looking forward to them for months so I can't wait to reschedule! Anyways.... Here is a little sneak peek of our fun day!
Bria's just like a little fishie!!
Peek - a - boo!!
One of the things I am enjoying the most about being a parent is seeing the world through the eyes of my kids. I am LOVING little things like swimming, playing in the snow or sand, baking... Bria is such a little sponge right now and my husband and I are truly enjoying teaching her all about the world.
The kids zonked out super early last night due to all the swimming and interupted nap time yesterday so I just HAD to take advantage and spend some time in my craft room (as tired as I was....). Here is my project from last night:
Isn't she a cute little cow?? Then again, aren't all the Create A Critter animals cute??
The inside of the card...
For such a straight forward card I sure struggled with it last night... Isn't it funny how sometimes you can whip together a complex amazing project in no time and then other times just making a simple card is such a painful process??
Here are some details...
- Cow is cut @ 2.5" from Create A Critter
- EK Success Border Punch, ribbon and flower from my stash
- Sentiment on the inside of the card is from Punnylicious by My Pink Stamper
Back tomorrow with another project!!!

I love your amazing creations! My grandaughter lives in the U.K. and I send her a card and a letter every week. She is 2 so my daughter reads it to her. She really enjoys the cards. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
