Hats Off To You!!

It's Grad season!! This is one type of card that I never seem to have in my stash so I thought I would use the Jaded Blossom School Rules stamp set and some of the new goodies from Doodlebug and the to make up a card to have on hand. 

I love how Jaded Blossom dies can easily be used to create great layers on cards. 

To give my banner a little added interest, I curled it with my fingers and used pop dots in the "low" spots.
