Hey crafty friends!!!! How are you all doing?? Do you have spring fever like me?! We are FINALLY starting to see the snow melt here and I am so excited to start getting my kids outside without snowsuits! That is definitely something to celebrate!!
Today is also the start of this month's challenge at Jaded Blossom! The theme of the challenge is Easter! I know you will all be making a ton of Easter projects and we can't wait to see them!
I used some of the Doodlebug treat bags to make some fun little gifts for my girls' teachers.
The bags are filled with chocolate eggs and nuggets.
I used the Treat Topper Dies as well as the Candy Wrap Dies to make the base of my tag. To add some dimension I also ran the the candy wraps through my paper crimper.
The adorable graphics in the middle of the tags are flags from the Springtime Pixie assortment pack by Doodlebug.
I used sentiments from two different Jaded Blossom stamp sets - Easter Treats 2 & Easter Treats 3 - and embossed them using white embossing powder.
Here are all the supplies I used to make my treats...
- Jaded Blossom Treat Tag Die and Candy Wraps Die
- Jaded Blossom Easter Treats 2 Stamps and Easter Treats 3 Stamps
- Doodlebug Treat Bags
- Doodlebug Springtime Pixies & 6x6 paper pad
- Doodlebug Twine
- paper crimper
- white embossing powder
Make sure you head on over to the Jaded Blossom blog for more inspiration and then link up your own Easter projects!! Here is what you could win...
And mark your calendars - there is a really awesome release coming up starting tomorrow!!
