Hi!! Hope you are having an awesome weekend! I created this layout for the My Creative Time Throwback Thursday Challenge. The challenge was to use a children's themed cartridge. I have been wanting to scrap pics of Bria meeting the fairies at DisneyWorld in September.
I was soooo in love with how this layout was turning out until I added the finishing touch... Tinkerbell. I have yet to cut out a Fairy from this cart that ended up looking good. They are just too detailed.... I can never get the face to look right! Guess next time I'll have to make sure there is room to make the cut LARGE.
I used a sentiment from the Princess stamp set by Scrappy Mom's.
The paper on this layout was from the Vicki B. set by BoBunny. I added a lot of Recollections rhinestones all over the layout to give it sparkle.
I wanted to make sure there was a place for journalling on this layout because I wanted to do some writing about how cute it was when Bria met Tink. She talked to Tink like they were BFF's... it was adorable. I didn't have room for a lot of writing on this layout so I raised this pic up on pop dots and added a self-made envelope onto the back of the pic so that I could slide a jounalling sheet in behind the pic. I added a piece of ribbon to use to pull the tag out of the envelope.
This is what the tag looks like when it's pulled out.
Hope you like my layout - other than my ugly Tinkerbell cut! :) Maybe I'll take that off... hmmm...
Have a great day!!
