Hi Everyone!! I have been working like crazy to get a few projects done so that I can schedule some posts while I am away for a couple weeks. So far it's going good, I hope it keeps up!! I have a lot of ideas brewing in my head for projects, especially layouts, so wish me luck in finding the time - and energy! :)
Here is one cute little card I wanted to show you...
There is a rodeo in town this this weekend so I was inspired by that. I used Create A Critter for the horse and horse shoe. The background was stamped with my Paisley background stamp by PBD, using a Versamark Watermark ink pad. I also inked the edges and bottom layer of the horseshoe with black ink. The 'Hello' sentiment (as well as the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment on the inside) is from the Big Thoughts set by Pink By Design. I used my white gelly roll pen to add some details. And that's it! Pretty simple! :)

What an adorable card! I love the addition of the horseshoe so that it's not just the horse. The paisley background stamp works so well too!
Thank you so much for posting this wonderful card! I was struggling with what to do with some Cricut cuts I made and your design was perfect. I make cards for Operation Write Home and they were needing both cards for kids and some with a Western flair - this fit both of those needs!! I've added your blog to my Feedly and I can't wait to see your future creations. I've already checked out all your Cricut posts and they are great!!
