Hello!! I thought I would post my layout that was on Pink By Design yesterday in case you didn't have a chance to get over there to check it out.
There are a few ladies on in the PBD "family" who have totally inspired me to get a little more into vintage. The title, 'Brittyn' was cut from Alphalicious, inked and spritzed with a dusty rose glitter mist that I made. I used PearlEx and a little water in a little spritzer to give the title a pink sparkle.
The butterflies were cut from Gypsy Wanderings and I used my gypsy to hide some of the details on the wings of the butterfly. I added some Recollections pearls and inked them with Tim Holtz distress ink. The ribbon is from Michaels, and I inked it also.
The rose 'picture' was the Roses stamp (PBD) and I colored it with watercolor pencils. I then used a paintbrush to blend the colors. I used the same Vintage Photo ink to ink around the edges. I used a EAD stitches sticker along the bottom. The 'Moment in time' stamp is a combination of a sentiment from Timeless Pieces and Labels. I also used my Martha Stewart lace punch along the bottom of the cream layer.
I hope you like! Hoping I can make it into my craft room tonight, I have some birthday invites to get making!!!
