Another Baby Girl!

**** Click HERE for my current GIVEAWAY!! *****

Happy Sunday! Yesterday our family went to visit my husband's sister who just had a baby girl. That makes 4 little girls in 3 years for my husband's family! FUN!!! Here is the card I whipped up for new little baby Emily.

I made this card for the music note challenge over at Fantabulous Cricut. It has been sooooo long since I have had the chance to make something for a challenge!! I miss them! Bria starts preschool tomorrow so I'm hoping that will free up a little time for me!!! Fingers crossed!!

I cut various sizes circles out using my cricut and Gypsy Wanderings cart. Then I embossed, inked and stamped them in various ways. The sentiment 'A baby is a little bit of Heaven on Earth" came from the Baby Love set by Pink By Design. 'Loved' is from the Labels set, also by Pink By Design. I used Recollections pearls, paper from the Linen and Lace stack, and a button from my stash. The twine is also from the Pink By Design Store. Oh, almost forgot! My music notes stamp is the Distressed Music Background by PBD. I used the Martha Stewart lace border punch and Frayed Burlap Tim Holtz Distess Ink.

Hope you like!!!! See you tomorrow!!

Quick Little Card & Our Holiday!

Hi, hi!! As I had mentioned yesterday, it was my Dad's birthday! I bought the Dude! cart a while back because my family really loves quadding and there are a few different ATVs on this cart. About 4 months after buying the cart, I was finally forced to use it!!

I used the Candy Cane striped background stamp from the latest Pink By Design release because I thought it would kinda resemble tire tracks if I used black ink... I think it looks pretty neat! Totally different spin on what the stamp was designed for! :) Love it when that happens... As I had mentioned before, the quad is from the Dude card. I used a Martha Stewart border punch along the black layer and a 'Happy Birthday' sentiment (embossed with white powder) from the Scripted Year sentiment by Pink By Design.

If you watched my haul video from last night, you might remember me mentioning EAD Designs. They are having a great little giveaway right now! They are just releasing some new product that is definitely worth checking out!!

I also wanted to share some of our fun pics from our trip to Florida!! If you're not into the personal stuff, I won't feel bad if you stop reading now. :)

Florida 2011!!!

Bria LOVED the dancing part of the parade!

Brittyn spent a lot of time in her stroller... but was such a good sport about it!!

Loved pool days!!

Love my baby...

Hugs for Chip! Or maybe Dale? Not sure! LOL

Bria was tired, and not feeling Pooh...

Sisterly love... ahh. Makes my heart sing!

First character we saw was Pluto!

Bria was ADORABLE with Tink. She chatted Tink up like they were long lost BFF's!

Let the memories Begin!!! (Guess this should have been at the top.. ;))

And that's all I'm sure you want to see. It was a GREAT trip, but we're all super happy to be home!!! I missed all of you! :)

Hey everyone!! 2 posts in one day! I'm trying to make up for the last 2 or 3 weeks when I was too busy to post much!! This video is of the goodies I picked up while in the US last week. Please keep in mind this is only my second video... When watching it back, I see a couple blunders (but I'm not telling you what they are... ;)) and am learning from them. Take a peek...

I also wanted to remind everyone about my blog hop starting on September 20th here!! I can't wait... I have 2 great sponsors - Pink By Design and EAD Designs. Two of my favorite companies!!!! Make sure you come back for the hop! :)

Hi Guys!! I'm happy to be posting my first project in a while today! This was a CRICUTLESS layout!! I thought I would never see the day! :)

These pics are from when Brittyn was only weeks old (yes - I am still super behind...)

The background houndstooth patterned paper, along with the white with black striped paper (actually chipboard) were from a Teresa Collins mini album kit. I inked around the edges of the chipboard with black ink. The title was a rub-on from a Paper Lace kit that I had and the little rhinestones were from Michaels. The pink lace at the bottom is from a thrift store and the black stitching on the bottom of the pics is from EAD Designs.

Hope you like this simple and elegant layout!! I did some major shopping when I was in Florida and I'm hoping to put together a haul video for you all soon! Today is also my Dad's birthday so I have to find time to whip him up a card before I see him for supper! Wish me luck with that! :)

Home Sweet Home!!

**** Click HERE for my current GIVEAWAY!! *****
Hello!!! I'm finally home!! After being gone for the last 2 weeks to a weekend Bachelorette Party and then straight to Orlando I was super happy to sleep in my own bed last night. I was also so happy to be reunited with all my craft supplies last night! It was my day (thanks to Emily for switching me or Monday) to post on the Pink By Design blog and I had to make my project last night after we got home. This is the card I made...

This card is going to be for my best friend, who is getting married in February on a beach in Mexico.

I picked up this "plastic" clear paper when I was in the states and wanted to try it out. I think you could really do some neat things with it. I was so tired last night apparently I missed one word when I stamped the sentiment...  I'll have to try to fix that today. (It's also a lot easier to read in person...)

If you'd like to see how I stamped on the plastic check out the Pink By Design Blog

I have a lot of projects on my to-do list so stay tuned!! Once I get our luggage unpacked and organized I will definitely be spending a lot more time in my craft room!!! (And I can't WAIT!)

For any of you who may have forgotten, I am hosting a blog hop on from the 20-22nd! Make sure to come back and check it out, there are tons of super talented ladies in this hop and to top it off Pink By Design and EAD Designs are sponsors so you know there will be great blog candy!!

I hope you all stop by again soon!!!!!

Halloween Treat Bag

**** Click HERE for my current GIVEAWAY!! *****
Hi Everyone!! Today I have a project that includes a sneak peek of some stamps that Pink By Design is going to release TOMORROW night!!

Since Bria starts Preschool this fall I get to start making cute little projects for her classmates and teachers!! I made this bag for her to take all the kids in her class Halloween treats in.

I love these stamps... It's the Guess Who set by Pink By Design (And the newest stamp of the month, I believe....)

I used paper from the K&Company stack with all seasons in it... sorry, I forget the name!! I cut the 'h' from Blackletter and tied it onto the bag with twine from The Twinery. I also used a border punch for a little detail.

I hope you like! Don't forget to check out the live Ustream Release Party this Friday night!!
